Lead Engineer

Position Overview:

The Lead Engineer is involved in actively driving and managing the technology qualification and evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. The Lead Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both the sales team and end users. They will have an equal balance of business acumen and technical ability and will be required to take an active role in developing custom demonstrations and performing in proof of concepts. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. The Lead Engineer works closely with the Sales and Strategic Sourcing groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage team of AV Engineers
  • Create full BOM based on Sales Teams opportunity request
  • Provide consistent, high quality, technical support and assistance to the sales team through all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Assure facilitating the qualification of prospects and business strategies by giving support and input to the sales team
  • Ensure that all facets of the use of our technology are understood and documented
  • Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, prototypes, POC/POV and map features/benefits of client’s products to prospects’ specific needs
  • Provide on-going technical support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations (this may include training, programming of examples, third-party software integration, trouble-shooting, best-practices consulting)
  • Work with sales representative to establish specific account plans and strategies

Senior Engineer

The Senior Engineer is responsible for the generation of all engineering documentation; proposal drawings, shop drawings, bills of material and scope of work. Completing engineering tasks as required while maintaining schedules and deadlines.

Product Manager – Content Services

Position Overview:

The Product Manager – Content Services will work closely with the CMO to establish and maintain business strategies to meet the organizational objectives as well as to effectively grow and manage the Content Services portfolio of the organization. This position drives the vision, strategy, delivery and overall roadmap for the Content Services business at PTG.

Responsibilities:

Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications that deliver against both our core customer value propositions and our company strategic and financial goals

  • Act as a product champion for the different “products” within his/her portfolio, and be able to evangelize the product vision effectively to senior stakeholders – be able to independently drive to agreement on product requirements and direction from a wide and diverse population of product customers
  • Collaborate with multiple internal partners (Marketing, Business Relationship Management, etc.) to turn business strategy and objectives into actionable technology roadmaps and architectural blueprints
  • Identify, manage and maintain working relationships with multiple partners/vendors; review contract terms, SOWs, etc., to ensure positive outcome for PTG

Account Coordinator

Location: Wixom, MI

Position Overview:

Provide day to day operational and sales support to assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

VP of Sales
